London House’s Head Chef, George Lyon, stood out from his peers early on. Employing his exceptional skills in fish dishes to enhance the specials menu at Pinnochios restaurant, he quickly became a force within the ranks, unafraid to experiment with flavours, ingredients and styles across the board.
After honing his skills as Chef de Partie at Lemon Tree Trattoria, George joined Gordon Ramsay Group in 2011 and swiftly established himself as a tour-de-force in modern European cuisine, first at Savoy Grill and maze Grill, before moving to London House two years ago.
A versatile chef, George rapidly moved up the ladder. And now his undeniable natural ability and hand in developing the restaurant’s signature dishes using fresh and seasonal ingredients have been recognized in his appointment as Head Chef of London House.
