Keith Prowse, the UK’s leading corporate hospitality provider, has announced that Emily Roux, daughter of Michel Roux Jnr and granddaughter to Albert Roux OBE, will join the family dynasty for the first time at the Investec Derby and The Championships, Wimbledon.
Setting out to make her own mark in the culinary world, Emily will be assisting grandfather Albert in designing and preparing of menus at Wimbledon’s awarding winning venue, The Gatsby Club, as well as assisting her father Michel at Epsom’s eponymous ‘Chez Roux @ Blue Riband’.
Emily will be bringing her own flair to both venues, drawing on her experiences of working in some of the world’s finest kitchens.
She launched her career 2010, working at the Michelin starred La Table du Lancaster in Paris before moving to Monaco to work in two of Alain Ducasse’s restaurants, La Trattoria and Le Louis XV at the Hotel de Paris.
Emily returned to Paris in 2012 and, following stints as a Demi-chef de partie at Le 395 and as a Junior Sous-Chef at Akrame, moved back to London in August 2015 where she is collaborating with her father Michel at Le Gavroche.
