Makes: 10 squares, Prep time: 20 min + refrigeration
Ingredients
- 1/2 cups raw hazelnuts
- 1 cup pitted dates
- ¼ cup Goji berries
- ½ cup dessicated coconut
- 1/3 cup rice protein powder
- 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 1 tsp cacao powder
Method
- Line small baking tray with baking paper.
- Process all the ingredients until a chunky, sticky mix of all is achieved.
- Press onto baking tray (approx. 1.5cm thick).
- Place in the fridge or freezer until firm.
- Cut into squares and store in a jar or container in the fridge.
