French burger specialists Big Fernand are donning their party chapeaux to celebrate their first birthday and are pleased to unveil Le Balthazar, a special creation to celebrate the restaurant’s first year in London.
Billed as their Frenchest burger yet, Le Balthazar is an uber-Gallic combination of freshly-minced Charolais beef, Camembert Fermier, pork belly, Calvados and apple compote, cocktail sauce and chives. A significant upgrade on a soggy slice of birthday cake, we think you’ll agree…
And as a thank you to their loyal customers, Big Fernand will be giving away 100 burgers completely free of charge from 12 noon on Wednesday March 23. Burgers will be given away on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first 100 customers wanting to wish the brand a Bon Anniversaire.
