Reservations are now live for La Parade des Chefs, Hotelympia’s fine dining restaurant set in the midst of a unique competitive team cooking challenge.

Visitors looking to network with new business contacts, catch up with old friends, or see the chefs of tomorrow cook up a storm under watchful eyes of judges including Cyrus Todiwala, Alyn Williams, Brian Turner, Russell Bateman and Simon Hulstone, will experience the very best of fine dining at La Parade des Chefs.

With an exclusive, three course lunch menu costing just £35 a head, each day, two highly skilled chef teams will square off against one another to cook for expectant diners and chase the glory of ‘daily’ and ‘overall’ La Parade des Chefs champions atInternational Salon Culinaire – the world’s greatest culinary competition.

La Parade des Chefs consists of two restaurants – The Steelite Restaurant, fully equipped with a Bonnet kitchen and The Churchill Restaurant, complete with an MKN kitchen. Rombouts completes the service as coffee partner.

The menus, which are set to include: Roast Scottish Langoustine with Slow Cooked Duck Egg Yolk and Charred Baby Sand Leeks, and Tonka Bean Panna Cotta with Poached Rhubarb, Ginger Wine Jelly and Rhubarb Sorbet, also include a £1 donation each to industry charity, Hospitality Action and international water aid charity, Just a Drop.

Culinary Ability Awards

In addition to the competition during the show, the La Parade restaurants play host to a very special evening service on Monday 29th February, where both restaurants will offer an exclusive dinner menu prepared by two teams from the Culinary Ability Awards – the inspirational organisation that helps disabled people into the hospitality industry.

Reservations are very limited, with a maximum of 60 diners per restaurant. Priced at just £25 per person and all proceeds going directly to the Culinary Ability Awards, visitors should book now for the opportunity to experience competitive cooking at its best!
