A dozen hotels within Redefine|BDL Hotels’ portfolio have been awarded prestigious BDRC Continental Gold Standard Accreditations.
The 12 properties, which are managed by the UK’s largest independent hotel management company, have been granted the accreditation by achieving excellent VenueVerdict Scores throughout 2015.
Redefine|BDL Hotels was also presented with the Gold Standard Group Award, in recognition for managing the highest number of venues to achieve VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation last year.
Based entirely on genuine, customer feedback, the accreditation reflects the cream of the nation’s meetings providers.
The hotels to have achieved BDRC Continental Gold Standard Accreditations over the course of 2015 included Crowne Plaza London Heathrow, Holiday Inn Basildon, Holiday Inn Bristol, Holiday Inn Cambridge, Holiday Inn Edinburgh, Holiday Inn Guildford, Holiday Inn Maidenhead – Windsor and Holiday Inn Oxford.
Four London Holiday Inn hotels – Bloomsbury, Heathrow M4 Jct.4, Kensington Forum and Regent’s Park – were also awarded VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation.
The accolades came as two other hotels managed by Redefine|BDL Hotels were presented with awards at the Annual IHG Sales & Marketing Kick Off at Holiday Inn Wembley.
The team at Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC and Holiday Inn Express Manchester Airport were presented with Most Remarkable Sales Achievement awards for each of their brands at the prestigious event, held on 21st January.
