Leading independent contract catering provider, Olive Catering Services, has marked the start of 2016 with three new appointments to its burgeoning senior management team.
Kevin Yates takes the role of group operations manager, having previously managed a number of large contracts for Dine Contract Catering. With experience as an executive head chef and a proven track record of creating new menus with a focus on fresh food, Kevin will be responsible for helping Olive to maintain the high standards it has set at some of the country’s most high-profile staff restaurants.
Helen Baily also takes up the role of group operations manager having impressed during a five-year spell as Olive’s Catering Manager. Helen will be responsible for the growth and improvement of the business at all levels, through the development of team members and evolution of its food offers.
Joining Kevin and Helen is Stuart Williams, who comes to Olive as operations manager with over 15 years’ catering experience in a variety of different roles, ranging from commis chef to general manager. Having previously held the role of operations manager at Thomas Franks, Stuart will be tasked with building relationships across Olive’s national portfolio of clients, and enhancing its delivery of food innovation.
