By James Russell: Neil Braude joins The Bailey’s Hotel, London as General Manager

February 1, 2016

The Bailey’s Hotel London is excited to announce that experienced hotelier Neil Braude has been appointed General Manager, following an extensive £7.5 million refurbishment of the beautiful Victorian hotel.

Neil joins The Bailey’s Hotel at a very exciting time in its history and has been brought in to elevate the property’s overall position as an original Kensington icon. The highest guest service standards, meticulous attention to detail and a drive for outstanding results shape Neil’s vision for the hotel. He is also dedicated to motivating and training each member of staff to do the very best they can.

Neil commented, “It’s very exciting to be at the helm of one of the first generation of purpose built hotels in the capital. The Bailey’s Hotel offers something very special and its spirit and personality have been brought back to life following its refurbishment. I believe we can do amazing things for this wonderful historic hotel, ensuring it once again becomes a favourite for both one-off visitors to London and regular long-term guests.”

With 16 years experience across hotel operations, yield and revenue management, Neil joins The Bailey’s Hotel from The Cavendish London and Ascott Mayfair. Here he held a variety of postings moving up from Director of Revenue to General Manager of The Cavendish London, and Area Manager for the Ascott Mayfair. His career has seen him take up positions at The Waldorf Hilton and Protea Hotels, the largest hotel operator in his native South Africa.
