Mitchells & Butlers is set to trial ‘Brood’, its own unique blend of coffee, developed in collaboration with Bewley’s one of the largest coffee roasters in the UK & Ireland.
The trial blend will be available in a number of Ember Inns and Sizzling Pubs across the country over the next three months and will enable the leading pub and restaurant operator to offer its guests a quality coffee experience.
The coffee has been developed to match the quality, flavour and price of the best coffees on the high street and is part of the company’s continued innovation of its drinks range to ensure it compliments its guests dining experiences.

By collaborating with Bewley’s and utilising their expert knowledge of the coffee market, we have been able to answer this challenge and invest in developing a premium coffee which we hope our guests will love.”
Bewley’s is market leader in the fresh coffee foodservice and retail sector in Ireland and more recently has become one of the leading providers to the UK’s growing coffee market with roasting facilities in Yorkshire.
Brood will be available as Filter or Espresso based coffee and is made using 100% fully traceable Rainforest Alliance certified Arabica beans.
