Caterer KUDOS has been supporting the British Heart Foundation throughout the month of February by offering three unique ‘heart healthy’ snack products in three of its busiest retail venues.
The Pump Rooms Café in Leamington Spa, Wesley’s Café in Central Hall Westminster and The Refectory in Winchester Cathedral have all been displaying the nutritious products over the past month. The snacks have helped visitors reduce their sugar, salt and fat intake, whilst not compromising on flavour or presentation.
Visitors were treated to spiced butternut squash and onion tartlets, courgette and tomato savoury muffins, and carrot, sultana and orange tray bakes. All of the products contain high levels of vitamins, fruit and vegetables, which are naturally full of flavour and help maintain a healthy heart.
Commenting on the new products, Retail Director of KUDOS, Josh Beth, said: “All the products have proved more popular than we had ever anticipated, especially the carrot, sultana and orange tray bake which is thoroughly delicious!
