Renowned bar and restaurant group Drake & Morgan has announced the appointment of Pooja Sharma-Jones as its new Sales & Marketing Director.
Pooja will be responsible for driving concept innovation to support the next level of growth for the business. The role will see her create and implement a marketing strategy that drives awareness, secures market position and increases sales across the nine sites. Pooja will also ensure there is an engaging, dynamic customer experience through strategic marketing efforts, exciting new campaigns and PR strategy, working alongside Drake & Morgan’s retained agency, Roche Communications.

With over 12 years of experience, Pooja joins Drake & Morgan from Soho House & Co. where she held the position of Head of UK Marketing for two years. The role saw her lead all day-to-day marketing planning and activity for its UK businesses (houses, hotels, cinemas and restaurants), develop and lead successful marketing campaigns and CRM brand management, implement creative ideas and set/manage the UK budget.
Prior to Soho House & Co. Pooja held PR and Marketing roles at Harrods, Selfridges, GRI Retail and Liberty Plc.
