Our supergrain salad is fresh and filling. With a clever balance of market fresh vegetables and whole grains its designed to release energy slowly to get you through a busy afternoon. We go about developing our recipes with our dedicated food and nutrition team who scour the food scene here in London and worldwide, tasting exceptional and unusual flavours and uncovering revolutionary ingredients. Ingredients:

  • 60g cooked black quinoa or black lentils
  • 50g cooked peas
  • 80g cooked freakah
  • 5g spring onions (sliced thinly)
  • 30g green cabbage (shredded)
  • 5g chopped flat parsley
  • 25g baby spinach
  • 50g diced avocado
  • 2g pumpkin seeds
  • 1g chia seeds
  • 8g pomegranate seeds
  • Lemon dressing

Method:

  1. Toss black quinoa, peas, freakah, spring onions, green cabbage, parsley together and place in a bowl
  2. Scatter over spinach
  3. Scatter over avocado
  4. Scatter pumpkin and chia seeds over the avocado
  5. Scatter pomegranate over seeds
  6. Dress with lemon dressing
