KUDOS designs menu collection exclusively for Central Hall Westminster as part of new operation

By James Russell: KUDOS designs menu collection exclusively for Central Hall Westminster as part of new operation

January 22, 2016

To conquer fine dining, KUDOS has created a new brand called The Churchill Collection which offers great British restaurant quality dishes. The menus – inspired by KUDOS’ Creative Director, Daniel Clifford – have been designed using the freshest produce available and are exclusive to Central Hall Westminster.

The all new Blenheim, Marlborough and Chartwell menus comprise a selection of three course meals, fourth course enhancements and a large variety of wines.

Guests can expect to dine on delicious appetisers such as smoked chicken roulade and a trio of mushrooms, hearty main courses like a roast loin of British beef and sweet desserts like the Suffolk strawberry baked cheesecake. Fourth course enhancement options include sorbets and a selection of British cheeses.

Managing Director at Central Hall Westminster, Paul Southern, said: “We have introduced a “premium” dining experience at Central Hall Westminster to reflect the increasing demand for high quality food. As Winston Churchill spoke here on a number of occasions, we thought it was appropriate to launch the new fine dining menu because he enjoyed the finer things in life.”

Jon Pryce, KUDOS’ Managing Partner, said: “Central Hall Westminster’s dinner guests are in for a real treat this year because The Churchill Collection is a wonderful creation. Not only is the food produced as locally as possible in keeping with KUDOS’ ethos but it is also absolutely delicious and something you do not want to miss out on.”
