As part of a first of its kind partnership, Lucy Boler of popular food blog, Food Goblin, will launch ‘inamo’s Blogger Dish of the Month’ with an exclusively designed dish that will be available at the new inamo Covent Garden during the month of February.
With a reputation for fresh, high quality dishes, inamo has chosen to launch their ‘Guest Blogger Dish’ with popular food blogger, Food Goblin (otherwise known as Lucy Boler) who has gained a significant following as a result of her unrelenting passion for all things food and her emphasis on fresh, tasty recipes, and the importance she places on high quality ingredients and exciting flavour combinations. As part of this partnership, Lucy has designed an exclusive dish for the inamo menu.
With the opening of their new Covent Garden locations, inamo are keen to showcase that not only do they innovate in technology but also in their pan-Asian menu. Says Lucy Boler, “I’m very excited to be partnering with the new inamo Covent Garden. I loved the interactive menus at inamo Soho, as well as the delicious food! Plus, there’ll always be a soft spot in my heart for the restaurant that introduced me definitively to sake!
“Pork is the King of all meats and there’s nothing sexier than a big old portion of crackling, so when I was asked to design a dish for the inamo menu these things were always going to feature. Chuck in a rich, unctuous glaze punctuated with chilli, a fresh herb coleslaw and Chinese Kale, and, for me, you’ve got yourself a rather nice dish and one I hope the diners at inamo Covent Garden will enjoy!”
Says Noel Hunwick, “With food bloggers and their blogs becoming increasingly influential in the foodie-sphere, we saw a great creative opportunity to engage new diners with inamo as well as making our guests aware of the best food bloggers, such as Lucy! We can’t wait for this dish to go live on the menu.”
Inamo will continue this innovation with other ‘Guest Blogger Dishes’ being created throughout 2016, promoting great foodie bloggers as well as inamo’s ongoing development.
