RATIONAL is celebrating 25 years in the UK and Ireland. To mark this special occasion they have just announced an exciting national customer competition.
Customers who think they may have the oldest RATIONAL combi oven in use, within the UK and Ireland, could be in with a chance of winning a brand new SelfCookingCenter® !
To be in with a chance, customers are required to send in a picture and serial number of their RATIONAL, the lucky winner will be announced after the 27th May 2016.
The RATIONAL UK subsidiary was founded in 1991 in Luton, Bedfordshire, RATIONAL has enjoyed continued success year after year. In the early years everything was recorded manually as the subsidiary did not have computers. There were two regional sales managers, one chef and a handful of support staff; they didn’t have service partners but seven sub-contractors covering the entire country.
Today, the RATIONAL UK team consists of over 50 experienced and professional individuals, including 23 Regional Chefs and support from 200 Service Engineers nationally – service is a critical factor to their success.

Terms and conditions: RATIONAL UK Ltd reserves the right to check the use of your unit on the spot and compare it with their database. The closing date for the competition is the 16th May, 2016. Submission is only accepted by email to the given address. No other method will be accepted. Only complete applications can be considered. By participating in the competition, you give RATIONAL UK Ltd the permission to use; your name, photograph, place of work/business name, and other relevant information for use in any media, for RATIONAL’s own marketing, promotional or publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. The prize is a RATIONAL SelfCookingCenter® 61 E and is not transferable to another individual or company. Any additional upgrade of services will be at the customer cost. RATIONAL UK Ltd will offer a free site survey. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms and conditions at any time. Customer’s existing unit can be disposed of by WEEE direct at no additional cost. The period for warranty for the new RATIONAL unit is 24 months. The organiser cannot be held responsible for the cancellation, postponement or modification of the competition due to unforeseen circumstances. Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of the above terms and conditions. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative product.
