Vodafone UK, the UK business of Vodafone Group, one of the world’s leading communications providers, reached its decision after an innovative and competitive tender process against a number of leading catering providers.
The four-and-a-half-year contract will see Gather & Gather serving 9,000 Vodafone employees every day across 12 different locations.
Creating inspirational dining spaces for employees
Throughout the tender process Gather & Gather clearly demonstrated how it tailors its food services to its individual clients, supported by its vision of bringing food and people together in the workplace and putting the customer at the heart of everything it does. As a result, Vodafone felt that Gather & Gather was ideally placed to support its aspiration to create inspirational dining spaces for its employees.
The Gather & Gather team also demonstrated how it supports regional suppliers, and prioritises learning and development, sustainability, and an intelligent investment plan for the future. Gather and Gather’s approach to employee wellbeing is also high on Vodafone’s agenda, with a focus on healthy and nutritious meals served in inspiring environments, which encourage employees to take time out and return to work refresh, motivated and restored.
