The ingredient you will need:
- 255g (9 oz) Plain (All Purpose) Flour
- Pinch of Salt
- 85g (3 oz) Unsalted Butter
- 45g (1.5 oz) Cooking Lard
- 6 tbsp Cold Water
- 1 Pack Spoilt Pig Streaky Smoked Bacon
- 3 Large Eggs
- Yolks of 3 Large Eggs (make meringues with the spare egg whites)
- 150ml (1/4 pint) Single Cream
- 150ml (1/4 pint) Whole Milk
- Small Chunk Gruyere or Cheddar Cheese, grated
- Sea Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
