Boparan Restaurant Holdings (BRH) announces it has acquired the London-based three-strong Cinnamon Collection consisting of The Cinnamon Club, the modern Indian fine dining restaurant based in the Grade II listed Westminster Library; the more informal City-based Cinnamon Kitchen and the most casual of the Collection’s restaurants, Cinnamon Soho.
The acquisition forms part of BRH’s strategy to build a significant, multi-brand restaurant business portfolio and there are ambitious expansion plans to deliver the Cinnamon dining experience throughout the UK and overseas.
The existing Cinnamon team, including Vivek Singh, CEO and Executive Chef for the Collection and Commercial Director Tina English, remain in their current roles.

The Cinnamon Collection will sit alongside BRH’s other scalable restaurant brands; the 43-strong Harry Ramsden’s and the award-winning Fishworks. Further opportunities and acquisitions within the hospitality arena are being evaluated by BRH.
