AlixPartners Services UK LLP (AlixPartners), a leading global business-advisory firm has successfully sold Nunsmere Hall Hotel (pictured above) and The Stanneylands Hotel, part of the Prima Hotel Group in separate transactions.
Ryan Grant, Lee Causer and Catherine Williamson were appointed Joint Administrators on 7 May 2015, over four hotels owned and managed by Prima Hotels. The Stanneylands Hotel and Nunsmere Hall Hotel in Cheshire, The Quorn Country Hotel in Leicestershire and Hellaby Hall Hotel in Rotherham.
A further appointment was made over the Royal Terrace Hotel in Edinburgh.
Following their appointment, the Joint Administrators continued to trade all of the hotels while marketing them for sale.
