As part of Ellenborough Park’s vision to become one of the UK’s leading luxury hotels, Oliver Williams has been appointed general manager. Oliver joins Ellenborough Park, part of Michels & Taylor’s managed hotel portfolio, in mid-December with over 20 years of industry experience including his previous appointment as Hotel Manager at the award-winning Lime Wood.
Oliver spent the early years of his career as a food & beverage specialist, working with operators such as Gordon Ramsay Holdings, D&D London and Oliver Peyton. Oliver’s experience also includes roles as Food & Beverage Manager at The Zetter Hotel before he joined Lime Wood as Hotel Manager in 2010.
On his appointment, Oliver commented, “I’m thrilled to be joining Ellenborough Park at such an exciting time. There is a wonderful and passionate team in place and I look forward to working with them to take this peerless hotel to the next level and really put it on the map as a gastronomy and lifestyle hot spot in the Cotswolds.”
