The ingredient you will need:
- 50g (2 oz) Cocoa Powder, sifted (I like Cadbury’s Bournville and Trader Joe’s own brand)
- 6 tbsp Boiling Water
- 3 Large Free Range Eggs
- 120 ml (4 fl oz) Whole Milk
- 175g (6 oz) Self-Raising Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 100g (4 oz) Soft Margarine
- 275g (10 oz) Golden Caster Sugar (if you live in the USA granulated is fine)
- 270g (10 oz) Plain Chocolate (I use Cadbury Bournville)
- 300 ml (10 fl oz) Double Cream
- 100g Dark Chocolate
- 100g Milk Chocolate
- 3 tbsp Apricot Jam (I like Bonne Maman)
