Ingredients
- 6 Fry’s Traditional Sausages
- 30ml oil
- 1 Pizza base
- 2 sprig shallot (spring onion), finely chopped
- ½ tsp. rosemary
- 6 button mushrooms, sliced
- Peri-peri sauce to taste
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- ½ onion, sliced
- 4 tbsp. canned bake beans
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese, grated (optional, or use vegan cheese)
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, grated (optional, or use vegan cheese)
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a thick based frying pan and fry sausages until partially cooked.
- Drain, cool and cube sausages.
- Place sausages in a small bowl and add shallot, rosemary, mushrooms, peri-peri sauce, green chillies and bake beans.
- Stir in the ingredients.
- Place mixture on pizza base, sprinkle cheese on pizza and top with onion.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- Place pizza in an oven and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until pizza is ready (personal preference).
