In the light of recent press speculation about Burger King applying for alcohol licences, and the possibility of significant plans to serve alcohol more widely in its restaurants, Burger King has released the following statement:
“BURGER KING restaurants are committed to providing a positive guest experience globally. Alcohol has long been served in several BURGER KING restaurants that are located in airports and other transit locations in the UK. This is not a new promotion and we have no current plans to roll it out nationally.”
