As well as travelling the world cooking and collecting awards Mridula designs new menus, advising restauranteurs and chefs by working alongside them to help formulate new dishes in their restaurants. So who better to judge the final Open Kitchen Live menu development day of 2015 taking place on November 24th.
On being invited to be one of our judge’s Mridula was clear on why she accepted,’ I attended the Open Kitchen Live menu development day in June, it was inspiring to see the chefs in action. Three very different dishes were presented by three passionate chefs. The level of cooking was technically superb and the presentation exceptional, I was glad not to be judging that one as all were worthy winners. So when I was asked to come back and judge the final event of the year I couldn’t resist.’
