Grant Sous Vide, a leading provider of professional sous vide equipment, has once again enjoyed another successful year at the Restaurant Show 2015.
The 3 day event held Hotel Olympia, London, caters to those owning, operating and working in restaurants, hotels, dining pubs and catering companies across the UK. During the course of the show a number of exciting events took place, including live cooking shows and demonstrations.
Exhibiting a range of professional sous vide water baths and immersion circulators from our SV Expert and SV200 product ranges, Grant Sous Vide also offered the chance for visitors to win an SV200 by simply registering their details. Furthermore, details of Grant’s sponsorship of the BCF Chef of the Year 2016 competition and entry forms were available for visitors to take away.
In addition to the Grant Sous Vide team, World renowned chef, Damian Wawrzyniak, joined the stand on day 2 of the exhibition which attracted many visitors. Chef Damian demonstrated the benefits of sous vide over traditional cooking methods, sharing his extensive cooking knowledge.
