By James Russell: Chefs Vegetarian Recipe of the Week, Mexican Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1/2 box Fry’s Meat Free Mince
  • 1 pizza base
  • Peri-peri sauce to taste
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated (or vegan cheese)
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated (or vegan cheese)
  • 1/2 small onion, peeled and sliced
  • Chilli to taste

Method

  1. Defrost Mince and chop into smaller pieces.
  2. Mix with peri-peri sauce and chopped chillies (according to your taste).
  3. Sprinkle cheese on pizza, top with mince mixture.
  4. Top with sliced onion. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until pizza ready (personal preference).
