The new owners of The Swan at Hay Hotel in Hay-on-Wye, Wales are Swan@Hay Limited and the managing director is Calum Milne, Managing Director of Llangoed Hall. The sale price has not been disclosed.
The Swan at Hay has 18 bedrooms and is set in 2 acres of mature garden and kitchen garden border. The hotel is currently recruiting a manager and head chef. The Swan at Hay will remain open until the end of the year and will be refurbished from January, re-launching late Spring 2016.
A new website and social media accounts will launch later this year detailing the future plans.
The famous Hay Festival which brings together writers from across the world to debate takes place each year in this pretty village.
