Twelve months on from launching its dedicated Ireland operation, Gather & Gather can boast €12m worth of business across a dozen contracts with a further €8m to be mobilised in what continues to be an exciting and growing market place for the company.
In September 2014 the Gather & Gather team formally introduced its business to the Irish facilities and food service market based around a culture of bringing food and people together. The Irish market has embraced Gather & Gather’s innovative approach to employee dining – the business now provides in excess of 4,500 hot meals every day, over 3,000 speciality coffees, and over 450 sandwiches each day.
With customers such as Sky, Primark, LinkedIn, Survey Monkey, Ding and Nitro reflecting Ireland’s role in emerging media and IT markets, the Gather & Gather business has grown from €2m a year ago to a turnover of around €20m – proving it has been one of the most exciting developments in the Irish food and facilities sector in recent years.
Gather & Gather’s commitment to great food, choice, fresh regionally-sourced ingredients and a strong focus on quality coffee is a great match for the new style of business and trends in modern workplace pursued by these forward thinking organisations.
