Servest Catering has joined the A-list line-up at Madame Tussauds London – by winning a three-year contract worth ￡200,000 a year with the world famous tourist attraction.
VIP stars such as Barack Obama, Kim Kardashian and David Beckham – or their wax figure equivalents – watch on seven days a week as the Servest team provides breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and hospitality services for Madame Tussauds London’s staff. Many of the staff are young, aspiring actors and therefore expect a catering offering that matches the high street in terms of quality, variety and price.
Excellent feedback
Madame Tussauds London approached Servest in June after giving notice to the incumbent caterer. Within two weeks Servest started delivering a brand new, full catering service. The fresh, new offering includes various themed events and special offers to entice staff into the cafe. Feedback from staff surveys has been excellent.
