Lana de Savary, owner of the Old Swan & Minster Mill, a luxury five star inn set in the beautiful Cotswold village of Old Minster between Witney and Burford, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sales and Marketing Director, Tracey Norcup.
Tracey boasts notable experience, spanning over 20 years in the 4 and 5 star hotel and hospitality sector in the UK. Over her career, she has gained remarkable knowledge in this industry, having previously worked as Director of Sales at Hyatt Regency Birmingham for five years before taking on the role of Director of Sales and Marketing at Heythrop Park Resort in Oxfordshire. Here she remained for four years, consolidating her experience driving revenue for Crowne Plaza Heythrop Park – Oxford and De Vere Venues Heythrop Park.
With her established experience and arsenal of knowledge in the corporate and meetings market, Norcup has been brought on board to help attract and drive sales for the Old Swan & Minster Mill. Her particular strengths lie in sales leadership, account management and new business development.
