The Manhattans Project, one of London’s most exciting East London bar concepts, has launched a new residency at New Hawaiian Cuisine POND Dalston that will last for 3 months.
Serving up ‘classic cocktails done right,’ The Manhattans Project’s new menu features timeless classics that have been tweaked with contemporary spirits, seasonal ingredients, a touch of humour and a nod to tradition. The new bar residency is complemented by a brand new food menu from POND’s head chef Byron Knight, which showcases the finest authentic Hawaiian fusion cuisine.
Founded by cocktail aficionado Felix Cohen, a well- known name in the bar industry, Manhattans Project began in the basement in Off Broadway and has remained in East London ever since, including a three month residency at Bohemia Hackney and running the house bar at Kerb Street food market.
The Hawaiian restaurant and bar situated in the heart of Dalston, offers Londoners an original and authentic menu that showcases premium cooking and ingredients. The relatively unknown style of food is both bold and exciting and encompasses Asian cooking techniques taken from the cultures of the Pacific and further afield.
