Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts has appointed Vicki Richards as Senior Director of Marketing for its UK Collection with immediate effect. In her new role, Ms Richards oversees all sales and marketing activity for the luxury brand’s UK properties: Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire; Four Seasons Hotel London at Canary Wharf; Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane and Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, anticipated to open late 2016.
Previously Senior Director of Sales UK Collection, Ms Richards takes over from Kristien Deleersnijder who has taken up the position of Vice President of Sales EMEA at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Leading a team of 35, she heads up sales, marketing, catering sales, revenue management and reservations.
Ms Richards brings with her over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, she held the role of Director of Sales & Marketing at Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel for seven years. Previously in charge of running Marriott International’s London Sales Office, Ms Richards has also held senior sales roles at the London Marriott Park Lane, Renaissance Chancery Court Hotel and The Dorchester. Ms Richards started her career in 1993 – fresh out of college – as Group Sales Coordinator at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
