‘Fine Art of Dining’ with Wooden Utensils designed by leading Chef

By James Russell: ‘Fine Art of Dining’ with Wooden Utensils designed by leading Chef

September 23, 2015

Damian Wawrzyniak, the leading chef behind one of Europe’s most successful restaurant consultancy services, has launched a brand new collection of stylish wooden cooking utensils, aiming to help restaurants and the general public alike bring a touch of culinary magic to their own kitchens.

The inaugural Fine Art of Dining utensil collection will be made from the highest quality wood, and will feature everything from spoons and chopping boards to tables and chairs. Qualified chefs and enthusiastic home cooks will be able to prepare and serve up delightful dishes knowing it’s been crafted using the finest tools, all of which have the Chef Damian seal of approval.

Chef Damian says, “Part of being a top-class chef is ensuring your instruments and tools are of the highest standard. Procuring quality utensils is just as important as sourcing the finest ingredients! That’s why I’ve set about designing a high-end range of kitchen utensils that can be used by all – whether you work in a huge restaurant, a small café, or whether you simply love to cook in the comfort of your own home.”

Flying off the shelves

He adds, “The utensils are already flying off the shelves – more than 300 pieces have been sold so far, and I’m now starting to develop more items to add to the Fine Art of Dining utensil collection. I look forward to extending the range further and giving kitchens across the country access to the finest equipment!”

If anyone is qualified to judge whether a utensil is of an appropriate standard for use in the kitchen, it’s Chef Damian. Having previously worked in the kitchens of two Michelin Star restaurants, as well as experienced work at ‘The World’s Best Restaurant’, Noma, in Copenhagen, Damian has unrivalled industry expertise. Tapping into the knowledge he has accumulated over a long period working at the very peak of the restaurant industry, Damian has created a range of utensils that fuses form and function perfectly.

Chef Damian’s expertise has also been utilised in his restaurant consultancy service, which helps transform flagging restaurants, bistros and cafes with menu development, staff training and custom design services. Having turned numerous ailing restaurants into successful ventures with his consultancy services, Chef Damian’s voice carries real credibility in the culinary world, and his range of utensils is set to further emphasise his status as one of the shining lights in the restaurant industry.
