Valor Hospitality Europe adds three to growing portfolio

By James Russell: Valor Hospitality Europe adds three to growing portfolio

August 18, 2015

Management company, Valor Hospitality Europe, has been appointed to manage a further three hotels, taking its UK portfolio to 20 properties in total.

Valor has added Hotel Indigo in Liverpool (pictured above), Ramada Manchester in Salford Quays and Ramada Birmingham City to its high profile group of hotels. The company also has a healthy pipeline of new opportunities, which it will be announcing in the coming months.

Valor was formed in November 2014 to manage what was previously QMH UK Limited and in nine months the UK-based company has gone from managing 11 hotels to 20 and is now experiencing a period of rapid growth.

Brian McCarthy, managing director of Valor Hospitality Europe, said: “We are very proud of the significant progress that we have made in the last nine months. We are in the process of making a number of key appointments so we are adding to our team as well as to our hotel portfolio, which is fantastic for the business.

“All three new hotels represent excellent opportunities for Valor going forward. The Hotel Indigo in Liverpool is the first hotel we have managed under the Indigo banner and we are excited about working with this boutique brand and continuing our relationship with IHG.”
