Longtime partners Shake Shack and Mast Brothers are joining forces to introduce a limited edition Chocolate Beer Float (£5.00) – the Covent Garden Shack will be serving it up from Monday 17th August to Sunday 23rd August 2015.
This one-of-a-kind delectable treat combines Shake Shack’s dense, rich and creamy vanilla frozen custard (spun fresh daily at the Shack!) with Mast Brothers non-alcoholic, refreshing Chocolate Beer—served inside a govino wine glass.
Michael and Rick Mast take their chocolate as seriously as Shake Shack its burgers. Not only do they seek out the best cacao beans sourced from small family-run farms in Peru, Madagascar, and the Dominican Republic, but the beans are also roasted, winnowed, stone ground, aged, and flawlessly tempered to create a one-of-a-kind chocolate.
Born from Mast Brothers’ commitment to innovation, chocolate beer is brewed in-house with freshly roasted cacao, cane sugar and water before being carbonated with nitrogen. The result is a non-alcoholic, lightly sweetened, and refreshingly delicious beer with a creamy head.
