Acting on behalf of the landlord, Shelley Sandzer, the leading UK property agency, has secured a 5th site in London for fine Thai cuisine restaurant, Patara. Located at 5 Berners Street, the unit of approximately 4,000 sq ft will trade over a ground and lower ground floor, each being 2,000 sq ft.
The first Patara restaurant opened in London 25 years ago and the brand has since grown to include sites in Vienna and Geneva, as well as Singapore, Beijing and Thailand.
The new Patara restaurant on Berners street is due to open in November and will have space for a total of 100 covers.
