M Restaurants Glorious Twelfth Alternative Game Menu
As the start of the game season fast approaches, M Restaurants will be asking if you are ‘game’ enough to try their alternative Glorious 12th menu, featuring an array of exotic and interesting meats including Kangaroo, Snake and Crocodile.
To celebrate this truly glorious time of the year M’s talented Head Chef Jarad McCarroll (previously of Chiltern Firehouse), has created a game-tastic three course ‘Man vs Food’ alternative menu. Dishes will include crocodile with quails eggs and bone marrow, python steak and kangaroo tartar. The new menu will excitement and entice those looking for something greater than grouse.
M is known for specialising in serving the finest food from across the globe selling dishes including Australian waygu beef, Japanese kobe beef and Russian caviar.
Last winter saw the arrival of a unique dining and drinking concept in the heart of London’s City. Situated on the iconic Threadneedle Street, home to the Bank of England, M is an innovative and versatile 15,000 square foot space. M is the first solo project from Martin Williams, who left his role as Managing Director of Gaucho Restaurants after almost a decade with the company, to establish his own restaurant group. M is due to open a second venue before the end of this year in Victoria.
