Officially launching this month, Boneyard defines a new type of venue for Shoreditch’s eclectic food scene within an industrial US inspired interior. The space reflects the area’s dynamic energy and atmosphere by serving delicious food and slushies from morning until late.
Within the walls of the old petrol station on Shoreditch High Street, Boneyard is the brand new concept from restaurateur and entrepreneur Robert Newmark.
Diners enter through a heavy black door with a reclaimed brass porthole window and become immersed in the bustling atmosphere that combines energetic staff, bright design and lively customers. Guests can feast on buttermilk fried chicken, American smoked ribs, tater tots and burgers.
The adjoining outdoor covered timber yard, complete with cacti embraces summer with Aperol Spritz and Vodka Slushies in a splash of flavours.
Flavour and quality at Boneyard are of the utmost importance with a concise menu, developed by Robert’s experienced team, covering all things deliciously indulgent. Free-range and high-welfare chicken marinated in buttermilk is served up from state of the art American fryers.
The menu also features a bone marrow burger, as well as a boneless burger, with sides of golden crinkle-cut fries, crispy onion ring and chilli con carne crisps. All orders are served ticket style and collected from charismatic staff.
