Reports of the success of TGI Fridays new Fat Track concept in Manchester Piccadilly support the rumour that the concept will soon be rolled out in further outlets.
Clearly, it allows TGI Fridays to utilise smaller properties in different locations. It will be interesting to see the pace of expansion in the coming months.
Exciting pilot

“Fast Track has clearly shown that there is the opportunity and appetite for a new format and occasion at our restaurants, which still have the fun, Fridays experience at heart. For instance, demonstrated by the popularity of our Jack Daniel’s American Breakfast – only available at Manchester’s Fast Track Fridays – which is one of the top three items ordered by our guests.”
