A new general manager has been appointed to run operations at the capital’s Princes Street Suites.
Experienced hotelier Fiona Mackenzie brings with her a wealth of knowledge gained at some of Scotland’s most prestigious properties over the last nine years.
Her CV lists roles at famous five-star names Hotel Du Vin, The Edinburgh Residence, Turnberry Golf & Spa Resort and Enterkine Country House.
She will be responsible for driving revenue generation, team building and ensuring the best possible experience for guests of the complex, which is managed by the UK’s largest independent hotel management company, Redefine|BDL Hotels.
Fiona Mackenzie, general manager of Princes Street Suites, said: “Having worked in a range of hotels over the past few years, overseeing operations at a quality serviced apartment complex is a challenge that I’m looking forward to taking on. Guest experience is my absolute priority, so I’ll be focusing on ensuring that current standards are upheld – and exceeded as much as possible.”
