The Manchester Food & Drink Festival will take place from 10 ‐ 21 September 2015, and Simon Rogan, with four chef partners – Adam Reid from The French, Tom Barnes from L’Enclume, Dan Cox from Fera at Claridge’s, and David Simms, who is managing director of Simon Rogan’s group of restaurants – will each host a night to present their distinctive cooking style and menus at The French, at The Midland Hotel.

Rogan and his team of chefs have created some remarkable menus to showcase their diverse talents and the wealth of British ingredients available from their own farm in Cumbria and their favoured specialist suppliers.

The chef schedule is as follows:

  • Tuesday, 15 September – Tom Barnes, L’Enclume (Cartmel, Cumbria)
  • Wednesday, 16 September – David Simms, Simon Rogan Restaurants
  • Thursday, 17 September – Dan Cox, Fera at Claridge’s (Mayfair, London)
  • Friday, 18 September – Simon Rogan
  • Saturday, 19 September – Adam Reid, The French

The menus are all priced at £100 per person, with an accompanying wine flight available on request at £60 person. Bookings can be made on 0161 932 4198, or via the website here
