Booking.com is expanding its mobile presence with the launch of Booking Now for Android. Android users can now indulge in last-minute holidays in as little as two taps, choosing from Booking.com’s vast selection of over 670,000 properties in more than 79,000 unique destinations.
Tailored to the user
Booking Now for Android can be completely tailored to each user’s unique traveller profile, filtering by personal preferences such as price, WiFi, breakfast and parking requirements.
The app for Android automatically generates accommodation suggestions based on travellers’ exact street level location and individual preferences, while geo-location technology provides users with step-by step directions right to the front door of each property.
86% of global travellers are likely to book accommodation using a smartphone in 2015, with 85% agreeing that because technology makes booking on the go easier, they can be more spontaneous when it comes to taking trips.
