£14 million Dragonfly Hotel Portfolio for sale

By James Russell: £14 million Dragonfly Hotel Portfolio for sale

July 24, 2015

Colliers International’s Hotel Agency Team has been appointed by RBS to dispose of the Dragonfly Hotel portfolio, which comprises 317 rooms across five properties located throughout East Anglia.

Offers of a full portfolio sale will be considered in addition to interest on a sub-group and individual basis. The hotels within the portfolio (together with guide prices) include:

  • 50-room King’s Lynn hotel (Norfolk) – £1.85m (pictured above)
  • 50-room Colchester hotel (Essex) – £1.95m
  • 71-room Bury St Edmunds hotel (Suffolk) – £3m
  • 70-room Peterborough hotel (Cambridgeshire) – £3m
  • 76-room Stevenage hotel (Hertfordshire) – £3.95m

Paul Barrasford, Colliers International Hotel Agency Director, commented: “This is a fantastic opportunity to acquire an established hotel portfolio which offers prospective purchasers the opportunity to invest and reposition the businesses.  These properties are also ideal for an individual investor or private individual with a vocation for the hospitality sector. Given the current strength of the hotel market, we anticipate a strong level of interest in the portfolio.”
