This simple grading solution, which is divided into four categories – Corporate Bronze, Premiere Silver, Executive Gold and Platinum – is designed to provide bookers with easy, at a glance, information that will help them make the right choice for their business needs.
Identifying the right level of accommodation

However, we have identified a real need to develop a system that allows our customers to clearly understand the level of service and amenities that are provided for each of the apartments we offer. This is especially important if you are booking accommodation for someone you may not know. It helps identify the right level of accommodation whether you are booking for someone in middle management or a Senior VP. Getting it wrong can not only be very embarrassing but also a very costly mistake.”
Unbiased rating for each property
As an independent agent, Select Apartments is not tied to any one supplier and is therefore able to give an unbiased rating to each of the properties it offers. The company hopes that this new grading system will reassure bookers that each of the 2500 apartment buildings across 40 countries it works with have all been individually assessed leaving no room for any ambiguity.
The new rating system clearly sets out the services guests can expect across each of the four levels covering items such as self-check-in, weekly maid service and communal laundry facilities within the Corporate Bronze level to 24-hour Reception/Concierge, daily maid service, gym, on-site swimming pool, restaurant and bar offered at Platinum level.
