Every month at Open Kitchen Live attendees submit menu development ideas to be prepared, cooked and served at Open Kitchen Live and at a recent event a school did exactly that as can be seen here. We are glad to report that these menu ideas have been adopted and are now being served to school children.
This month’s Open Kitchen Live would like issue a Menu Development Challenge.
- You may be the F&B manager at your venue who has had an idea for a dish but has a brigade too busy to investigate.
- You may be a chef with ideas that just wants input from our chefs.
- If you are serving food and want to develop more new menu’s Open Kitchen Live is your type of event.

So please let us have your menu development idea for our chefs to prepare, cook and serve on the day. Chef Damian Wawrzyniak in association with Chef Philip Sanderson will review all of the menu ideas put forward.
Three will then be selected to be prepared, cooked and served. All three selected will receive their framed H&C News – Open Kitchen Live – Menu Development Dish of the Month certificate.
