At the company’s annual conference at Bridgewater Hall JW Lees has reported record turnover of £64 million for the financial year ending 31st March 2015, including a year-on-year increase of turnover of 2 per cent, from £62.8m in the previous financial year.
The successful result means, JW Lees will pay to team members a profit share pot of £440,942 which means that 439 qualifying team members will each receive an average pay-out of £1,004.
JW Lees remains the leading family brewer in the North West, despite a challenging market, and is committed to growing its business towards its next landmark target of £100m sales by 2020 principally by acquiring and developing new pubs.
