Hibiscus celebrates 15 Years

In celebration of its 15 year anniversary, Claude Bosi’s Hibiscus in Mayfair has announced a special eight course tasting menu, based on guests’ past menu favourites.

Hibiscus opened in Ludlow in 2000, and Claude relocated the restaurant to London in 2007. Hibiscus has held two Michelin stars since 2003, is rated 9/10 in the Waitrose Good Food Guide 2015, and has held a full five rosettes in the AA Restaurant Guide since 2012.

For the month of June only, the celebratory £135 tasting menu (see below) will showcase guests’ most memorable dishes over the years. A matched wine flight is available at £95.
