After Sweden in 2014 and Hungary in 2016, where will the 2018 edition of the Bocuse d’Or Europe be held?
Six nations have announced their interest in hosting the most prestigious cooking contest in Europe: Germany, Denmark, Estonia, the Netherlands, Poland and the United Kingdom.
The six candidate countries have until 4th December 2015 to submit their final application dossier. They are well aware that hosting the Bocuse d’Or Europe offers an exceptional opportunity to promote their culinary heritage as well as their cultural and tourist assets.
The international Organizing Committee will review the applications in order to first shortlist 4 dossiers. These countries will then receive a visit from the IOC.
The country selected will be announced on 11th May 2016, during the Bocuse d’Or Europe prize presentation ceremony in Budapest.
