International real estate advisor Savills, on behalf of Woodbury Park Hotel and Golf Club Limited, has brought to market Woodbury Park Hotel and Golf Club in Woodbury, Exeter for a guide price of £11.75 million.

Five self-catering lodges are located in the grounds, which extend to 248 acres (100 hectares) and include two golf courses, a rugby or football pitch and tennis courts.
The property is located on the outskirts of Woodbury Salterton, approximately 10 miles east of Exeter. Exmouth Railway Station is less than six miles away.
