The course is linked to the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 3 Award and it is delivered in eight 2-day sessions spread over a 12-month period. The key areas of focus are: Business Management, Business Marketing and Sales, Human Resource Management, Consumer Management, Finance and Business Planning, Legislative Management, Professional Development, and Leadership.

Philippe Rossiter FIH, Executive Secretary of The Master Innholders, says, “I’d like to welcome those who have successfully made it on to the course. The submissions this year were all of very high quality, and the interview panel had great difficulty in arriving at its final decision.

“We are at the forefront of improving industry standards and the Aspiring Leaders Diploma inspires excellence in all those who take part.”
